About the Apartment:

We have 2 units that consist of 6 rooms in total. 1 unit is a-2 floor unit with 4 bedrooms. R602-R603 are on the ground floor and 605-R606 are in the upper ground. Living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor, where you may gather with other guests. For those who need some privacy, we provide u with 1 small private unit consist of 2 bedrooms for maximum 6 adults.

Good Location: strategically located in the Orchards Rd, the most famous road in Singapore, integrated with the Centrepoint Mall where you can find almost anyhting you need: food court, cold storage supermarket, watsons, breadtalk, mac donalds, etc. Easy to reach public transportation. 1-2 mins walking to bus shelter on the right or left the mall, go across the street to the Sommerset MRT station and taxi stand at the door step.

Private Unit Rental: If you're looking for more privacy you may rent 1 private apartment. 2 BR unit costs $340 for 6 people and 4BR unit costs $600 for up to 12 people.

Note: Price can be changed without prior notice and surcharge will be applied during peak season periods such as: school holidays (12 June to 20 July 2010), Idul Fitri, Chistmas and New Year, Chinesse New Year.

	R606 2 queen sized beds can accommodate 4 adults. Room is equipped with AC, TV, small fridge and private bathroom inside. Price: SGD 190 per night

LIVING ROOM Large living room to gather with other, equipped with sofa and tv

	SHARING BATHROOM For convinience to our guests, we provide 2 common bathrooms that can be shared among R602-R603-R605. Each floor has its own bathroom.
	KITCHEN Our clean kitchen is equipped with large fridge, microwave, jug boiled water, hot/cold water dispenser, white table wares, table bar and chairs. We're sorry, we are not allowed cooking in the kitchen. For convinience to other guests please wash the dishes after using.
