About the Apartment: Very famous apartment among Indonesians. Having a lot of rooms with several types that can accommodate every needs. Extra mattress charges $20 for additional max 2 children OR 1 adult.

Single unit for rent: in LP, you may rent 1 single unit that can accommodate up to 12 people, with price S$450/unit consists of 4 rooms or 2 of 2 double bedrooms apartment that can accommodate upt to 8 people for $350/night

We have 2 units that consist of 6 rooms in total. 1 unit is a-2 floor unit with 4 bedrooms. R602-R603 are on the ground floor and 605-R606 are in the upper ground. Living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor, where you may gather with other guests. For those who need some privacy, we provide u with 1 small private unit consist of 2 bedrooms for maximum 6 adults.

Good Location: strategically located in the Orchards Rd, the most famous road in Singapore, integrated with the Centrepoint Mall where you can find almost anyhting you need: food court, cold storage supermarket, watsons, breadtalk, mac donalds, etc. Easy to reach public transportation. 1-2 mins walking to bus shelter on the right or left the mall, go across the street to the Sommerset MRT station and taxi stand at the door step.

How to Book

Please follow the instructions reservations for the rental apartment of your choice:

1. Send e-mail/sms which contains: name, hp number, date in / out, the number of people (adults + children), the desired apartment
2. After an agreement is reached, we will send you an e-mail bill payments so the deposit as a sign of your apartment lease. Given the limited number of rooms, then you only have 1 day to pay the deposit.
3. Please notify us immediately if you've made payments by sending a sms to the number: +62 817 6466 946 (for SMS), please inform the name, date of check in and out and the room you ordered.
4. After we check your deposit payment we will send confirmation of your booking. Make sure you inform your email address is valid and active email. You can just print your order confirmation sheet and show it when you check-in.
